Developing a value based approach

A value based approach is not simply a methodology ... it's a way of doing business.

 

Being focussed on your customers, what they value, delivering on that value and then being able to capture and retain your share are the key characteristics of this approach.

Q What are your value differentiators to your competitors, on the factors that really matter to your  customers.


Q What are the quantifiable benefits of those value differentiators to your customers.

 


Answering these questions is important in developing your approach.
