Pricing, Value communication and selling and Negotiating all have the capability to improve revenue and profit performance. 

 

Combined together - and hitting the sweet spot where they all meet - maximises their impact as they build on and reinforce each of their individual strengths.

 

H​owever, if not implemented well, each of them in turn have the potential to undermine the others and reduce their overall impact.

 

There is no point in having a customer focused pricing strategy with the most valuable market segments if - when it comes to the crunch - you are unable to communicate your value and give in under aggressive negotiating tactics.
